This website is a static information page. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services and no advertising networks. Fonts, images, animations and audio files are served exclusively from our own server; simply visiting this site transfers no data to third parties.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you access the site, the server automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested file, browser type, referrer URL). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably). Log files are deleted by the host according to its retention schedule. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details (e-mail address, content of the message) to handle your request (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR; for general enquiries Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Purchasing the software (Lemon Squeezy)

Purchases of Filldone are processed not on this website but by the external payment provider Lemon Squeezy, LLC (USA) acting as Merchant of Record. Only when you click the buy button do you leave our website; the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy applies on their pages. Lemon Squeezy processes your order and payment data under its own responsibility; we receive from Lemon Squeezy the data required for licence management and support (name, e-mail address, order information). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.

6. Embedded videos (YouTube)

Where videos are embedded on this website, we use YouTube's enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com), operated by Google Ireland Limited. When you play a video, data (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. For details see the Google privacy policy.
